Right Over the Top

It must be a slow news day, as Fox News reports that Obama is getting noticeably greyer by the day.

It was a strong day for equities (unless you are a financial) yesterday but a weak close, which makes the weakness in the futures this morning no real surprise. I talked to a lot of people yesterday and what strikes me is people's lack of confidence. That commodity is not usually in shortage in New York.

It seems kind of arrogant for China to be targeting 8% growth without announcing additional stimulus when the rest of the world is fighting to get rid of all the negative numbers.

I'm running behind but I'll be back.
