Futures are up and oil is down. The polls open in 25 minutes on the East Coast so get out and vote. Intrade has McCain trading down below 9%.

The New York Times writes today that the networks are furiously debating strategies to determine how early one of them can declare the winner in today's race. I guess they think they can regain momentum and thought leadership by jumping the gun on the process. This, like lots of other grand gestures, is not going to accomplish anything.
